Dr. Kelechi Nwaneri
Dr. Kelechi Nwaneri _(PfD, MNIM, CPMD, AMNIPR, ALDCA)_ is the CEO of Bekezville Resources Ltd, a leading real estate sales and consulting company in Lekki Lagos Nigeria. He sits on the board of some companies, including Team Focus Realtors Group as the Director of Finance.
His expertise spans Real Estate Marketing, Sales, Development, Public Relations, Advertising, Management and Consultancy.
Having several as the Head of Media & Public Relations of Real Estate Millionaires Realtors Group, arguably the largest real estate marketing group in Africa, Dr. Kelechi Nwaneri cut out a niche for himself as an impactful teacher and coach, who is always objective and realistic. Popularly known as “Spiritman, The Oracle of Real Estate”, Dr. Kelechi Nwaneri has worked and held managerial positions in several organizations, having attended several trainings both in Nigeria and abroad, before venturing into real estate.
As a result of his hard work, consistency, and God’s grace upon his life, he has won several awards both in the real estate industry and beyond.
Dr. Kelechi Nwaneri is a recipient of the prestigious Nelson Mandela Leadership Award Of Excellence And Integrity and an ECOWAS Youth Ambassador. He was awarded the Professional Fellowship Doctorate Degree in Projects Management, Human Development, and Inspirational Leadership in West Africa by the Chattered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics, Ghana.
He is also an alumnus of the prestigious African Leadership Development Center of Covenant University as well as the Enterprise Development Center, Lagos Business School.
As part of his hobby, Dr. Kelechi Nwaneri has traveled to several countries of the world, including Dubai, Egypt, Malaysia, Singapore, Lebanon, Spain, France, Qatar, South Africa, Greece and others, where he has impacted so many lives with his wealth of knowledge and skills.
Having managed seceral companies as Admin Manager, Business Development Manager, Branch Manager etc, he officially founded Bekezville Resources Ltd in 2017, after gathering quality experience in real estate marketing, sales, training and development. Dr. Kelechi Nwaneri has trained and impacted so many lives in the real estate industry, both as clients, customers, and marketers.
Dr. Kelechi Nwaneri is well known for his meticulousness in adhering to processes and procedures in order to deliver set promises. This has rubbed off on the entire management and staff of Bekezvill Resources Ltd in their day to day running of the organization.
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Dr. Kelechi Nwaneri understands that real estate is not just about mere transactions, it’s about relationships. Known for excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings. Currently advancing professional development as a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
